Moriyama Mixer Repair

Moriyama developed the tilt dispersion mixer to facilitate the flexible mixing of a wide range of elastomers, without the need for mezzanines or pits. Mixerworks can help reduce your downtime with quality Moriyama repairs in a fraction of the time the OEM will take.

Moriyama Mixer Repair

You can save money and get a better return on investment by rebuilding your existing Moriyama equipment vs. buying new. Worn-out mixers can increase your operational expenses when they break down, but our team will bring your Moriyama mixer back to life while meeting or exceeding OEM standards.  We have been rebuilding Moriyama machines since the 1930s and lead the industry when it comes to Moriyama Mixer repair.

Moriyama Mixers are capable of kneading and mixing high-viscosity rubber and plastic compounds as well as low-viscosity semi-solids, various elastomers, and ceramic powders. Moriyama utilizes a wide range of blade shapes with optimum clearance, tailored to various materials and designs for diffusion conditions through:

  • Dispersion Mixers: From low to high hardness, not only rubber, plastic or ceramic but Nano-level compounds
  • Wonder Kneading: One pass mixing possible by enhanced cooling system of rotor, chamber and compression lid.
  • Small Capacity Dispersion Mixers: Ideal for research and development of new materials and for test-mixing various conditions

Moriyama developed the tilt dispersion mixer to render flexible mixing of a variety of elastomers easier. The mixer can be placed directly on the floor thanks to the tilt mechanism. There are no mezzanines or pits required, which lowers installation costs and improves operational efficiency. The large chamber opening makes feeding and discharging of materials much easier. Users can exert tight control over the mixing process thanks to the extensive water jackets and advanced mixing control system. Moriyama continues to develop and improve its mixing rotor technology, maintaining its position as the global leader when it comes of quality and durability.
